I was in a rock group in the 60's
so most of my memories are tied to music
Gee we called them groups, now they are bands

This is going to be a bit wierd as my 60's were up
North and many here in Texas won't know what
I am talking about
The first thing that comes to mind is the
Black Out 1965 I think........ I remember it well
because they thought we were being invaded from
outer space...X-files of the 60's I also remember
my first wedding but not going there..lol

Ironing her hair
Paisley A-line skirts w/go-go-boots
Frosted white fingernail polish
45 RPM records
and the best yet is Running your car
on $1.00 worth of gas.

Toni remembers sewing extra matrial into her
pants to make elephant bellbottoms,
and today you can buy them.
She also used to iron her hair..lol.

Cindy remembers being shocked at seeing grown men
in business suits with long hair
She also remembers her mother crying when an elderly
black woman moved off the sidewalk
so her and her mother could pass..

Ahhhh Ray remembers everything being Hormonal....
Mini skirts and burning the bras Yeah..lol
Peter Paul and Mary and stuff that he didn't inhale!..

Kathy from Massacusetts remembers
getting a Hi-Fi for Christmas
the kind that flipped up with the
two speakers on the sides and giving
up on dolls..... remember Barbi?

Carol also from Massachusetts
remembers ironong her hair,
I wore mine short I guess
that is why I don't remember it, she also says
pink sparkle lipstick, mod hats, now I
remember her wearing them too, we went to school
together waaaaaaaay back then, and wallpapering
her bedroom walls with Beatle pictures.

Joe From Texas
remembers surfing at Redondo Beach CA and
driving his 1928 Ford Coupe with a 1948 Mercury
flathead V8 engine.

Curt remembers being in England while
Serving in the Air Force....
And riding his Triumph Motorcycle........

You know I think I am going to have to
open up another page we are running
out of room and I just got another
