This is a book I helped write during 1993 and 1994 for New Zealand 5th form use. Apparently it has sold over 15 000 copies. I am not aware of any other NZ high school science books that include material on science and religion. Do tell me if you know of any.
This book followed, and has been popular for junior high school use.
