DINO, TAKE ME HOME!
In 1996 we added two people to the family, Mark on July 14 and Katy on December 16. At Easter time, we had two Russian girls, Tania and Katia, and also got to know Tania's penpal Justine who lives about two blocks away. We made two "Volcano and Dam Trips" in May and August. Vince spent the summer in Spokane and Bernadette changed her major. I read 209 books, and can't settle on a favorite just yet. I saw 37 movies, and I think my favorite was Emma. My bookstack grew to an alarming 691 books, and one plan for 1997 is to reduce it to 500. That's 16 a month, which seems possible. I took a Tai Chi class and we both learned line-dancing. I weigh about 5 pounds less than last year, and would like to lose another 5. "We" started work remodelling the back room. I did one major knitting project, and my plan for '97 is to make a couple of kiddie-blankets for the church fair in September.
I started my Web Page on July 20. The first 200 or so visits were mostly me, working on it, so I started my counter on September 25. Despite the occasional counter-crash, I had approximately 2620 hits. Two different guestbooks and their crashes yielded over 200 brave folks who signed in. Besides writing all the pages I've promised myself and putting in some new pictures, I also want to work on my bookmarks and organize them. There are 260 links right now here. I clawed my way back to 69th place in Riddler.
