Yesterday we took Sailor in to have the lump aspirated. The vet says it's obviously fat. He has so much hair it doesn't show.

Today I went to see "The Tailor of Panama." I do like Geoffrey Rush! It didn't quite reach its potential, but I think I'll read the book now.

Yesterday I was tutoring Sam and today I was with Casey, (the Child Formerly Known as Alex.) We had a good time at the library. We made a mother's day card for the foster mother, with lots of stickers and crayons and stuff.

Rich planted decorative corn on Monday and already it's up and growing. I say look out for giants! The Gummitch wildflower garden is very pretty, too. And my rose garden is fantastic. I'll have to head the dead ones, but it's too hot right now. We're sort of thinking of heading south next month. It's gonna be another time we go to the desert to cool off, looks like to me.
