Everybody knows about the beef between "The Queen Of Rap" Lil Kim and fellow rap star Foxy Brown. Fans of both are fighting over who should have the Crown, Kim or Foxy. Everyday fans are on the net arguing over the two famous rap stars. Is this another beef like Biggie and TuPac? Well that's what it looks like. Just so long as it don't get out of hand. These two ladies change the rap industry for women. Kim is known for her pornographic image. Foxy is known for her masculine flows that are unladylike. Now more independent women are coming to the rap game. What I mean by independent is that they write they own rhymes. Men were taken credit for writing female M.C.'s rhymes as ghostwriters. Most Kim fans say that Foxy never writes her rhymes. "I'll NaNa," told the story because in he credits she was name as a performer of the songs. Like "Big Bad Mama", "I'll Be", etc. They even stated that "ChynaDoll" had a ghostwriter. Most Foxy fans say Biggie wrote her lyrics in which "Notorious K.I.M.", her sophomore album, told the truth that she did. Her flow is still the same but a different format to me.

We don't know for sure what happen between them in order for this beef to happen. Some say the "Thelma and Louise" song, and then it was the Soul Train's "Lady of Soul" awards in 97'. Kim and Foxy were up for competition in the category "Best New Artist". Kim won the award. Now there were different stories so I'm not going to be official on neither of them. The first was that Foxy got jealous cause she didn't win. The second story was that Kim made a comment to Foxy after she won the award. From what sources says Kim drew first on the Mobb Deep track titled Quiet Storm (remix) cause foxy stole her lyrical style on her sophomore Chyna Doll album. I don't know for a fact so.....

Anyway, after Foxy dropped her second album fans of Kim were shocked at the flows that reminded them of Kim. I mean I also thought it was Kim myself on the radio with a new song until they said it was Foxy Brown. Chyna Doll shocked all of Kim fans from the West Hemisphere to the East Hemisphere. According to Hookt.com Foxy fans blame her for copying Kim's style in which made her go back to the "I'll NaNa" style for her upcoming album. If I'm not mistaking Kim said that she was coming out with a different style to sperate herself from the other female M.C.'s. Notorious K.I.M. told us that she wasn't lying. That was a wise choice to become different from others. Foxy is going to drop her third album in the mid 2001 and Kim also afterwards. We will see who will shine the most people.

As you all may know that Kim dissed New Artist Shyne on one of her tracks called Notorious K.I.M. Now that is beef here is about Shyne whom spoke about taking Biggie's throne in the industry. Kim said in a Vibe interview "I promised to Biggie and God that I will not let anybody S.H.I.T. on his name" Well whatever Shyne said offended Kim alot. I don't think it's such a big deal cause Biggie has alot of fans that wants to be like him. Kim said she understands that but the fact was the way he came out talking about he's talking Big's spot in the industry.Personally I think some artists that are coming out are biting off of legends. Most people do believe that he sounds like Biggie. Even though his album is not doing to well on the charts yet. So,we will see if the beef will last along time.

Everybody knows what this beef is about,right? If you say Biggie than your right. That's why I blended him in the middle. I don't usually dip my nose in another man's business unless it's my relatives. In this case it's for my girl Kim. Kim said that she knew biggie long before Faith. According to Vibe magazine Kim said "I thought if I show true love then I will win my prize." Well Kim I'm sorry but everything doesn't work how we want it to. I have been in that situation also. Well we all once tried to fight for the love of our lives. You can't make something out of nothing. If the grass is not green on the other side you can't do nothing about it but go ahead with your life. Only God can make the grass greener than what it is.
Anyway people as you Know Biggie married Faith and continue seeing and being friends with Kim. Nothing has change between them but the love that Kim thought she will have. The funny thing I heard about it was that he married her two weeks after he met her. I don't know if that's true but heard.

Now this beef here I don't know about to much. Can anyone guess what this is about? Well I'll just put some thoughts together and sort of fine out. Now, Kim was with Biggie before any of the women in the industry. Charlie was the last woman he was with before he die. I don't know how this got started. As we all know Charlie teamed up with Kim's competitor Foxy Brown to do a track dissing the Queen Bee. Could it be that she done the track Kim with Foxy to sale records for her future releases? Or could it be over Biggie? Now ya'll know she had album that was wack as hell.

When Biggie first discovered Jr M.A.F.I.A., Kim, Biggie, and Charlie done a video "Get Money" together. As we all know that it was during the time for Biggie's and Faith speration. So, Charlie played as Faith getting kicked out of the house by Biggie. Biggie was wrong for that (*laughing*). Kim was also on the track and video as we all know. Now how did Kim and Charlie started to have beef? Could it be cause of Biggie once again? Coould it be cause she's riding Biggie's death for fame? Ya know Kim don't like that. Well I don't know and not gonna be official on it.

Anyway, what do Mrs Wallace have against Charlie? Her words were from a source were :

               " I don't even want to go there. I've never been to
               Baltimore...I think Charli Baltimore is Un's lover. That's
               the lover I know of or heard of. I don't do Baltimore. I
               don't do Charli either. I don't even use the perfume."

Now, moms knows what's best for there sons. If moms don't like ya you just hang it up chick.

As we all know about this beef that took placed over the Mardi Gras holidays for Louisianans like myself. February 25, 2001, about 3:15 p.m., Kim and her crew was involved in a massacre. The incident took place out side of the studios of New York's Hot 97. Lil Kim Crew known as Jr. Mafia -vs- Capone -n- Noreaga. Capone of CNN was heading upstairs just after Lil Kim finished her interview with D.J. Clue. A couple of arguments started then shots rang out.

Lil Kim was push into her limo to safety by security. CNN associate was a victim of the incident. He was shot in the back where later he treated his self to a Medical Center. I believe that it was stated that CNN associate left the hospital with a bullet still in his back.

Anyway, news lines said that "Police seized a security video showing the incident--supposedly, as Kim's limo began to pull away, it quickly paused to let four or five men jump in and then sped off". Well that doesn't mean that she was involved in what was going on. I mean no one is going to leave his or her friends at a gun fight right? I didn't think so. Kim's manager Hillary Weston said, "Lil' Kim and her security had nothing to do whatsoever with the incident at Hot 97. Lil' Kim had no knowledge of any argument or what instigated the gunfire."

CNN and Chris Lighty's Violator management release a statement about the incident: "We're very sorry that this situation occurred. Capone N' Noreaga had nothing to do with the shooting. It's unfortunate that the normally healthy competitive spirit in the music industry has been compromised by people who have nothing to do with the making of the records. We are cooperating fully with the police, and hope that whoever is responsible for this is brought to justice." Anyway, could someone tell me why Foxy Brown was in the media and she was nowhere near the incident?

Everyone should know what started this beef right? If you said the song "BANG BANG" on CNN latest debut than you right. Even though it was said that Kim threw first blood on the Mobb Deep Quiet Storm (remix). It was also said that there's a rumor that Kim did a freestyle dissing foxy. How true that is I don't know. This thing here is getting out of hand. I just hope it doesn't get any worst then it already is.

O.K. on March 5 2001 Foxy called a truce out to Kim. As you know that Foxy heard of the shoot out at Hot 97. Could this made her get think of a wake up call? It is getting out of hand and it's nice that she callling out peace. Somethings I don't understand. Do you? After all the song and things she said about Kim why? Just because of a gun? All the guns she talked about busting, was she being lame about it? I know she maybe fearing that someone can end up hurt in which it is ture.

Well we are waiting to hear a comment from Kim. Foxy wanted to end it and do a collaboration. Kim may end the beef part but collaborating? Nah, not anytime so I don't leave. Pardon me if I'm wrong though fans, after hearing those songs with Charli and stuff, Would you if you was Kim?

Calls to Kim's camp were made but they weren't returned. Do you think Kim cares about the truce or not? Aiight now could kim been telling the truth the whole time in her songs like;

"You broke hoes need to throw in the towel" - bar from "You Can't Win"

"That same shit you spit, I'ma make you sniff" - bar from "Notorious K.I.M."

Who knows but only we will find out. Only time will tell.
