NLNR 101.5 FM MISSION STATEMENT

There are actually several reasons behind the formation of Butte's
latest addition to the FM radio spectrum. The First and foremost of these
reasons is to deliver knowledge to the people in this area, that have been
deprived of truth, Freedom, and the Original American way of Life, through
campaigns of propaganda, deception, coercion and stealthy
encroachment by agencies of Government who's sole existance is to
enslave ALL peoples, first by economic attrition, second, by total removal
of God given Rights, and third, by the formation of a One World
Government by Institution of Socialistic Democracy and Colorable Law.

The second purpose is to provide quality musical entertainment in an
atmosphere that is devoid of discrimination that is commonly found being
spewed forth from the majority of commercial stations in the Butte area.
Have you ever attempted to collect your $98.50 cents you won in a
contest, only to find out that you must be a "Resident" of a Federal area
by way of the Socialist Security Contract?

Are you fed up with insulting commercial spots concerned only with selling
you a mattress that some government lackey rejected? Are you fed up with
The Sonics, The Mariners, The Grizzlies, Bill Clinton, Rush Limbaugh, G.W. jr.?

You will hear NO commercial spots, NO waste of time sports reports!
NO support for liberals disguised as wannabe Conservatives!

The third purpose is to put a certain discarded producer/DJ back to work!

We sincerely hope that we can fulfill your radio needs to the best
of our abillities as the newest and latest addition to the list of Butte's FM

NLNR 101.5 FM is not "operated" by any "person" or "corporation"
or "resident" of any federal area or extension thereof, or subject to or of those
jurisdictions, as those terms are defined in 4 USC 105-113, and is not subject to
the jurisdictions of Congress, or its strongarm agency, the FCC, whose sole
purpose is to "regulate Interstate & Foreign Commerce" for the purpose of
servicing the illegally imposed national deficit.

NLNR 101.5 FM and its owner are not engaged in any form of
"Interstate and Foreign Commerce", as those terms are specified
in 47 U.S.C. 151 and 152, nor is it located in any "state" as defined by 47 U.S.C. 153

Caveat And Gravamen
Constructive Notice to Agencies of Government
"PRO DEFECTU JURISDICTIONIS"
Any attempt to cause a cessation in scheduled programming of NLNR 101.5 FM or to the extorsion of funds by way of illegally imposed fines for such scheduled broadcasts, or the removal of equiptment from our facilities, will be met with equal and full force of the law under the common-law andthe judicial Power and authority by common-lawBirthright of the owner of NLNR 101.5 FM, a "Private Property of the Owner", That I now, as before, will in all ways, by Right, make a special visit when confronted by your agency or co-parties, and therefore challenge, by Right, any asserted, in rem, in personam, or subject matter jurisdiction, as to your authority to move an administrative or judicial
proceeding against this privately owned facility, or against this de-jure state Citizen of Montana Republic, as that of a de-jure judicial Power Citizen of Montana Republic, a State of the union of States, (not in The UNITED STATES as defined by Law & Case Ruling).

My further notice to you, and your ultra-vires agency or co-parties,
is that I will at all times, by right, by substantive Right, assert the maxim
of law, "No sanction can be imposed absent proof of jurisdiction",
anything less or to the contrary is trespass and sedition against this de-jure,
bone-fide Private Citizen of Montana Republic,
Not a Federal area.
