UPDATES: many updates and editions to the encyclopedia (new pages on dragons, magic use & apprentice elemental mages, spells for BD mages, and healers; expanded Mountain Kingdoms information); recent updates to profiles, including several new entries

7/12/02: it turns out Salli didn't fall off the face of the Earth after all; an entire (very long) page about shapeshifters and dwarves; minor alterations to the races page, encyclopedia, and NPC list; various changes to the style sheet, most noticeably the fonts (let me know if you have problems); a preview of profession-related images
5/17/02: the debut of the Forest Encyclopedia; clarifications and updates to the FAQ and the new player guide; SFT and profiles are sort of current

4/5/02: this newslog is officially Very Behind--I keep forgetting to announce updates; it's our one-year anniversary; the following pages are new and/or improved: the preliminary races page, an expanded new player guide, an about-the-staff page, improved character creation guidelines and RPG system info, extra info on the RPG, and another page of seasonal banners; I think that's all but I may be missing something
1/26/02: several new professions; updated character list & profile for Capone; map of the world beyond the Forest; preview of coming information
