Chapter 4 Alexa's Secret After the day's lessons were over, Alexa, Harry, Ron and Hermione went up to Gryffindor Tower to do their homework. "Hey Alexa, I thought you were going to tell us your big secret," Ron said. "Oh yeah. You'll want to finsh your homework first. Turst me, you're probably not going to ba able to sleep tonight." "We are done with our homework. So tell us!" Harry said. "Wait a minute. How come you've never told us your last name?" Hermione asked. "That ties in with what I'm going to tell you-" "Attention! All students and teachers! Go immediately to the Great Hall!Have your wands ready and go with the prefects or Head Boy or Girl!" Dumbledore's magically magnified voice said. "Ok you can tell us later, come on lets get the first years!" "Yes Prefect Hermione," Ron said sarcastically. "This is no joking matter Ron! If everybody's supposed to be in the Great Hall, something bad has happened or is happening! First years! Over here and hurry!" Hermione and Harry led the first yearsout of Gryffindor Tower and down to the Great Hall with Ron and Alexa at the end of the group. When they reached the Great Hall they ran inside and saw the Slytherins and Hufflepuffs already there. Behind them cam the rest of the Gryffindors and the Ravenclaws. In the middle of the Hall, Dumbledore stood clearing away the tables. "Everyone! Hurry and get inside" he said."Lock the doors behind you! This is extremely important! You all know that Lord Voldemort has returned. The Death Eaters are on the grounds and will be here soon. Voldemort will becoming shortly and you are being sent home immediately." Hearing that Voldemort could be coming, Alexa had gone as white as the ghosts. Ron noticed this and called Harry and Hermione. "Harry, Hermione c'mere!" he shouted. They ran back to where Ron and Alexa were standing. "She looks like she's been petrified" Harry said. "I think she needs to see Madam Pomfrey right-" "Move" "What?!" Hermione said, clearly amazed that Alexa was actually sane considering how she looked. "I said move! I need to talk to Dumbledore. I can stop this"Alexa said. "You're in no condition to go running off and face You-Know-Who. You're as white as Nearly Headless Nick!" "Hermione don't tell me what I can or can't do. This is all my fault. I dont care what happens to me as long as I can save the other students. If I'm killed I really don't care beacuse I'm fine with it if I can save the students." Alexa said. Dumbledore sighed. "With any other student, I wouldn't let them go do it. But since you alone are the only safe person here...Good luck." Alexa turned and ran away from Dumbledore and went back to find her friends to say goodbye in case she didn't make it back but they weren't anywhere in the Hall. After Alexa realized what they did she sprinted out of the Hall. They had gone to find Voldemort. ******** Alexa ran toward the entrance hall and as she turned the corner she stopped. She saw Harry and Ron with their backs to her-- facing Voldemort. Ron's knees were trembling and before anybody could do anything, he passed out and fell over. Alexa ducked into a classroom on the right side of Harry, somehow without being seen. "So. We meet again Harry Potter," said a cold voice, higher pitched than what would be expected. From her position, Alexa could see that Harry was as white as she had been earlier. "We'll be meeting for the last time too. I'm going to kill you right now." Voldemort said. He raised his wand and shouted "Avada Kadvra!" at the same time Alexa had jumped from her hiding spot, kicked Harry aside so that he fell over and grabbing her own wand and yelling "Lyrindyas Kydvra!" There was a blinding flash of blue light. When Alexa opened her eyes, the light had gone but a strange blue mist hung over them. "What are you doing here?" Voldemort said to Alexa. "Saving Harry.
