Myrtle Potter
Chapter Two - Mancini, Creevy, Malfoy Cont.
“Oh yeah, Toni, I meant to ask you this before. Who is that?” Ben pointed his finger straight at Victor.

“That’s my little brother, Victor. He’s starting at Hogwarts this year.”

Before Toni could continue with the introductions. There was a soft knocking on the door. Myrtle opened it. A tiny little figure with flaming red hair was waiting at the door, looking extremely scared. It was Toni and Victor’s cousin, William Creevy. He had a camera around his neck, which looked to be weighing down his entire body. Myrtle stepped back from the door and William raced in.

“Where is she? Where is she?” he screamed

“Where’s who Will?” said Toni.

“Harry Potter’s daughter.” Yelled Will.

Myrtle looked very confused at this. Why on earth did this person want to see her? Why was he obsessed with her being Harry Potter’s daughter?

“Yeah,” said Myrtle. “That’s me. I’m Myrtle Potter.”

“Oh my goodness, oh my goodness. I’m so happy to finally meet you. Can I have your autograph? Can you get me an autograph from your dad? Please, please, please.”

“Umm, err, I’ll try to get one from my dad for you, ok William?”

“Thank you Myrtle thank you. Is there anyone else here in first year? It’s just that I’m all by myself and I don’t want to be alone,”

“I’m in first year.” Said Victor, stepping in front of Antoinette.

“I have a friend. I have a friend!” Will was jumping up and down with excitement.

Just as they had all sat down, ready for a game of exploding snap, the guard called,

“We will be approaching Hogsmeade Station in two minutes. Please collect your belongs and get ready to alight from the train.”

The train slowed down to a crawl as the station came into sight. It put on its brakes and gushes of steam filled the air around them.

Outside, on the platform, Myrtle could not see anything over the swarms of students until she heard a gruff voice.

“Firs’ years, firs’ years over here.” Myrtle was half inclined to go over and join Hagrid on the way to Hogwarts. Knowing better, she just smiled and waved to Hagrid, who beamed back.

Out of nowhere, a herd of carriages pulled up. They had no horses attached so Myrtle presumed, like everything else around, they were magic. Myrtle, Toni, Ben and another Gryffindor second year, Hyacinth Brown got into a carriage and it took off, carrying them along the lantern lit path to Hogwarts.
