More Punk fanzines emerge this month here's two of examples. Others emerged up and down the UK. Citys like Sheffield produced four fanzines, but neither of them lasted longer than a year. In February 1977 Gun Rubber's first issue emerges and is a stapled collection of hand-written Xerox sheets, which were handed out free at local venues like Craisy Daisy. It was followed by Steve's Papers, Home Groan and Submission. SQUEEZE play Londons Brecknock Castle in Camden tonight. |
