In the year 2000,we would like to transfer technology not only to farmers who utilize the research end product but also to other people who will gain more valid knowledge. It has been known that research information obtained from our scientists who work so hard on their experiments is also quite important for other people involved in research and development as well as policy makers. We need to transfer research results to the public so that information can be utilized on time as appropriate.
