Temporary email address update process

The Email Form has stopped working again.

If you used the this web site's Email Form to update to your email address between January and July, 2003, we may not have received the information.

Some update requests received during that period had only "message empty" in the text portion of the message, even though, to you, the form appeared to be accepted and sent correctly.

Until the Email Form is functioning properly, click the webmaster link, which will open a new message in your email program. Please enter the following information and send the email:

Subject: Email address update
Your name (as you would like it to appear): Last name, First name
Your email address: name@whatever.com
Private email list only: Yes or No
Public email list (be listed on this web site's email list page): Yes or No
Comments: optional comments
