The instructions on how to do this are: * If you need to check flights and schedules, log on to http://www.aircanada.ca/home.html * Contact the Employee Call Center at 1 800 413-1113 or alternatively general res 1 888 247-2262 if calling ourside the Employee Call Center normal hours * Advise the agent you are a severed employee with a buyout package, the agent will register/list you for the flights without your employee file information as you are no longer an employee * Note that Air Canada flight numbers 3xxx are CP flights/equipment and 5xx series are AC flights/equipment - former CTS employees' priority is C3Y10 on CP equipment and C5Y10 on AC/Rgnl equipment * Once the agent gives you a record locator please advise Air Canada Employee and Industry Travel Services (formerly Employee Travel Services) 604-270-5667 and they will append the authority on your record locator * as we are no longer on Air Canada payroll, ETS will require your payment before the tickets can be made out * tell ETS that you are a severed employee with a buyout package and they will look up your file, which is kept with them, for your dependants and remaining ticket allotment * alternatively, if you are not in a hurry or you can not get through via the phone, ETS can be reached at PassPolicy@cdnair.ca (email that I used) or CDNpasspolicy@cdnair.ca (new email from latest address book) or Elaine_Tremblay@cdnair.ca (who appears to be the person who returns emails to PassPolicy@cdnair.ca) * Once this is done, you may pick the tickets up at the ETS office located on the 3rd floor of the Ops Centre building, closest to the East entrance where the crew bus picks up passengers * Alternatively, the tickets I believe can be sent to the airport to be picked up but only during the employee pick up times 9 - 11am and 7 - 9:30pm * If you change your itinerary with respect to flight times and dates, the same tickets can be used * If you say change destinations within the same zone (ie. YVR-LAX-YVR to YVR-SFO-YVR), you must bring the tickets back to the airport between 9 - 11am and 7 - 9:30pm for them to modify and exchange * If you say change destinations to a different zone (ie. YVR-LAX-YVR to YVR-NRT-YVR), you must bring the tickets back to the airport between 9 - 11am and 7 - 9:30pm to have the tickets refunded and returned to your allotment and start this entire process to list and request new set of tickets
