Reunion information,
links, etc.
| No xCTS reunion for 2006 |
- July 10, 2006. Apologies for the late notice, but there will be no xCTS reunion this year.
After a discussion with a few reunion regulars, it was felt that it may be time to cancel the yearly reunion.
Possibly every 5 years or so would be OK from now on.
If there is anyone that would like to volunteer to organize a reunion, this year or later, please send an email via the Webmaster link. Any other feedback is also welcome.

| Email Address Database |
- We're trying to keep a database of names and
email addresses, but there are many we do not have,
and many we had are now invalid. If you would like to
add or update your email address, go to the
email form page.
(If you did not receive an email from "xcts"
about the latest reunion, your address is
not on our list, or the address we have is invalid).
- The main database of names and email
addresses is private - not posted on this web
site. This list will not be made
public, and will not used for business
purposes (no spam). It will be used for
notification of news and events of
general interest.
- You can also be added to the email list web page, but only if you
explicitly indicate you want to be listed there.

| Counter and other "add-on" Errors |

If some GeoCities "add-ons" do not work correctly (e.g., the home page visit counter displays "00000"),
it may be because you have Browser Privacy enabled in Norton Internet Security.
If Privacy Control is on, Browser Privacy is enabled by default.
- To turn off Privacy Control:
- start Norton Internet Security.
- click "Status & Settings" (if not already selected).
- select your Windows Userid beside "Settings for:" (if not already selected).
- if "Privacy Control" is On, select Privacy Control.
- click "Turn Off" near the bottom-right of the window.
- The add-ons should now function correctly.
- Turn Privacy Control back on when you're done.

- For those who are eligible
for Severance Passes, as opposed to
Retiree Passes, here is the current (July
2001) procedure to register for flights
and obtain tickets. This information was
kindly provided by an exCTSer, and is
presented as received:

| Reunions |
- The annual exCTS Reunion started in 1996,
and is normally held in mid-July (in
2000, a cloned event, Reunion 5.2, was
held in September).
- Attendance has ranged from 20 to 60.
- We've had consistently good weather for
the event, and always a good time.

- How does having photos on the site fit

- Digitized pictures: send'em if you
got'em. Here's some rough guidelines:
- a 30-50KB JPEG file will give a
good quality, reasonable size
image.
- keep the attachments small, a total of
250KB or less per email.
- we can crop and enhance a bit if
necessary.
- Hardcopy prints: we have a scanner; send
a note to the webmaster and we'll
arrange something.
