Here's an opportunity to browse through
some random photos of those we've talked about in our story up to this point. There
are situations where the dates of the photos are approximations as the exact timeline
couldnt be verified.
There are a few photos from
this point forward that take a slight riske' view, they are essential I feel in providing
a backdrop for the continuation of our historical archive as we next explore the
life of Anna Reisa Wellington.
We like people to be informed, thus if riske' is
unnacceptable, please accept our link to DisneyLand,
otherwise we move forward with our story.
Here's
an early photo of Irma Wellington (1848-1914) in 1866 just before she married Lannan
Wellington
Here's Irma
seated at the newly finished Wellington Estate in 1878
Here's Lannan(1838-1907)
photoed sometime perhaps around 1861, Lannan is in the second row to the left.
Lannan Wellington
in his later years the photo believed to be taken in 1902
Here's a
photo of a timber crew clearing timber in 1896, to the very far left is Lannan Wellington,
and second from the right is a tall young guy named Garren Wellington
Garren
and Norrine Wellington
Here's
the astute CEO of the timber company Garren Wellington photoed around 1915
This
is Norrine when she was in college pictured here around 1906 with her close friend
Clara.
Norrine is of particular interest and becomes part of the riske' photos.
Norrine was said to have had a "VERY" close friendship with Clara over
the years, to what extent is pure speculation however Norrine albeit a dedicated
wife, mother and community active woman, was also known to be very warm and passionate.
Norrine
was very dainty, thin throughout her years and an attractive lady and seemed to have
a bit of a wild side to her, some of the photos Norrine took seems to support that
and its an important background point in its possible influence on Anna Wellington
in future years.
Here's Clara
and Vinson Tabockney photo in 1914
This is Norrine
posing at the first ever built in swimming pool at the Wellington Estate in 1924
This is the
riske' photo of Norrine at the estate believed to be taken around 1930.
A similar
style photo this time of Rachel Murray also believed to be taken around 1930.
Norrine
Wellington was conneseur of art, painting and photography were passionate hobbies
of hers, she shared this hobby with Rachel Murray and it seems the two ladies, along
with Clara all seemed to experiment in some rather creative ways.
Clara Tabockney
was also part of this creative indulgence in the arts during the time the Tabockney
and Murray family stayed at the estate over a period of time dating from roughly
1930 til around 1934.
Here's
Norrine at the 1939 wedding of her son Liam, to Anna Reisa Murray, who just so happened
to be the daughter of Rachel Murray
One more
of Norrine Wellington in 1943 now in her 50's and long known for have nice slender
legs, and a willingness to show them off from time to time.
The Wellington Estate in all its history,
also has a history of attractive, unique and vivacious women who were a part of that
history.
