Anna's Pool Party 1974
Anna's Pool Party 1974
Anna's only photo from the 1974 party looking curvy and fit as
ever...
Here we get our first visit from the lovely Miss Carrera and a
look at the familiar guesthouse in the background. Anna met Barb through Stella at the theater and Barb became a supporting friend for Anna and stayed at the estate quite often.
A little later in the day Barb takes to the water....
1974 also
presents another great view of Alexa Wellington, like mother like daughter.
Here's a fun picture in the pool of Alexa to the front, facing us is Lisa Baker and Barb looking on in the background.
Long time theater actress Mary Strat returned to the pool party in 1974.
Here's Mary taking to the shade and looking hot as ever, Mary always knew how to keep things steamy, even in the shade.
Also returning in 74 was longtime friend of the
theater Pauline Nash.
The real eye catcher of the holiday party, blonde bombshell
Mamie vanDoren returned with Stella for the 1974 pool party..
Monica Fahey was a new actress at the theater in 1974 and
became well known for her diversity and dramatical performances.....
Here's Monica poolside, not sure what she's doing, but she looks nice doing it. Most agreed that Monica reminded everyone of a younger Bevy Schuyler.
Everyone was surprised and happy to see Donna Mehnger return to the theater and the pool party. Donna returned to this party looking fit as ever and a proud mom of a baby boy.
Stella attended the party of course and looked sensational as
always....
Stella sporting that nice pool hat in another lovely view..
Here's Stella with Bob Hanlon, Mr. Hanlon was again courting Anna to some degree yet was always dismayed as Anna saw him more as a friend to lean on than a romantic interest.
Note the absence of James Corey from the pool
party as Mr. Corey settled to be married that year
There would be no pool parties for awhile after 1974. A disasterous estate party in late 1974 along with problems with Mr. Hanlon as well as continuing problems with Michael Vincent in early 1975 again cast shadows over any pool parties.
In fact it would be just 1 year later in April of 1975 that Anna
would also get the tragic news of the death of former theater favorite Linda
Clay. Many at the theater had seen this tragedy coming as Linda Clay had been struggling for years but her passing still hit everyone pretty hard. These tragic events put a spell of gloom over the idea of a pool party.
After some time and healing for Anna, a renewed spirit of Stella and some steady friends around the house like Barb Carrera; the ladies were at it again before long...
