Anna's Pool Party
July 4th 1964

Anna's 1964 pool party was a bit on the light side in attendance, Linda Clay stayed all of 64' in Europe doing films which was probably a fateful decision years down the road. After the 63' pool party tensions between the ladies at the theater increased again and this time they were not resolved by the time of the pool party. Vivian Arnell declined the invitation and again in a stand of solidarity so did Donna Mehnger and Sherry Glasone. Mr. Corey's relationship with Anna had also soured in 1964 and he also declined to attend. Despite light attendance the pool party would still be fun and performers in the theater such as Mary Strat and the sultry Pauline Nash were gaining more notoriety with Anna taking on more acting parts as well as Stella. All in all it was another good year for the theater, and another good year for the pool party.

Pauline Nash changed her look from the last pool party in letting her hair down and soaking up some sun....

Pauline Nash returned to the party again in 1964 and this time had the full attention of Paul Hendon who's to the back of the photo....

Beverly Schuyler attended the party albeit by late arrival yet what a beautiful photo of her this is! I think this pic was taken by the guesthouse though I dont recall the foundation bricks being up that high.

Tanya Cortz was a local girl who took in interest in the theater and was there in 1963 and 1964. Tonya found herself picking up many parts in the theater covering roles abandoned during the conflicts that had arose in the theater the past year or two.


After finding these very revealing photos I'm thinking that Vickie Cottington was one of the sexiest women to attend Anna's pool parties..Vickie even made 2 special appearances in the theater that year.

Stella returned to the fun again in 1964 and utilized the event to do a bikini photo shoot......

After the photo shoot things really started to heat up..

Here we see Anna,Stella,Mary,Bevy and a couple of guests; namely Mr. Bonneker and Paul Hendon for some late day pool fun..

Here's the group yet again, this is the afterhours fun and frivolity that Anna and Stella were famous for, looks like this could get steamy..
