This interview was made to Alex Rodríguez, who speaks about the demo CD of his band and all the plans for the upcoming album debut. Hello friend, when and how did the band star? Shadows and Chaos started in the midle of 1999 with the plans to play a powerfull Dark Metal with all the harmony of Heavy and Speed Metal, keeping the influences of Black and Death Metal. Has been changes in the line up? The line up is almost the same; on May 2002 the new guitar player Fredy Loaiza entered. John Frey Monje, who played guitar is dedicated to the acoustic and harmony guitars. Now we are:

John Frey Monje (acoustic guitars) Have you played after the demo? After the recording we haven't gigs, but we are preparing our show to start to promote our work.
We included: Hangar 18 Megadeth, Creeping Death Metallica y Soul Possessed Old Man's Child. Are you satisfied with the sound of SIRIO? We are very satisfied with the work in SIRIO Prod. they are very professionals, they have good machines and the best: they know. Why there's 2 tracks only in the demo? We guess that 2 tracks is enough to show the bands work. Will you release CD soon? Yes. We hope to record at SIRIO in the later 2003. 5 or 6 new songs, the 2 from the demo, 1 live and maybe a video. Which is the answer of the media about the demo? The commentaries have been very good. We have played in several radio shows: Caja de Pandora (Bucaramanga), Rock Tropolis (Cali) Infesto (Tunja) and Music without Gates (Ibagué).
Also we have received commentaries from Ecuador, Venezuela, Perú and Spain. Which bands will appear in your compilation CD? Neurosis Inc, Pagan Fears, Twilight Glimmer, Shadows and Chaos, Credence, Freezing Darkness, Cysted, Dimiter, Avatar, Yo-Sothot, Melting Flesh, Disoluto, Silent Screan, Aphangak, Xinonix, Victory, Ataraxia.
