Interesting interview with REV. VINCENT CROWLEY ammo of the legendary evil band ACHERON from USA.

Hi Vincent, how is Acheron right now?

We are doing very well. We are just getting back in the swing of things. Since our reformation we have toured both Mexico and Venezuela, which went over very well. We also did a couple US shows and recorded a demo called "Xolmaly", which will now be pressed into a 10 inch record and Limited 1000 Copies CD pressing for WARLORD RECORDS. It should be out in a couple months. And ACHERON is now finishing writting our next new album "Rebirth", which we hope to be recording in the near future, after we find a new label.

Who are the members today?

It is myself on Vocals and Bass, Michale Estes on Guitar, Aaron Werner on Keyboards and Clean Vocals, and Kyle Severn from INCANTATION/WOLFEN SOCIETY has been helping us out on drums.

When Acheron started?

ACHERON was formed in 1988. So we have been around for a long time. And the music is still alive and our fans are still supporting us. Hail Satan!

What's has been the most important for the band?

Putting out true Satanic music that our fans can resonate to. I think we have done just that and we are far from being done!

How is the scene of your city?

It really sucks! There is no Metal scene in Columbus, Ohio. Only a hand full of people who support the scene. That's why we don't do many shows here.

Which plans do you have for this year 2002?

World Domination! (Ha, Ha) To be as busy as I possibly can with my music. And to get ACHERON on the road touring!

Do you listen southamerican bands?

I listen to some. My favorites thus far are STRATUZ and LEAVES. We had a great time playing with them both.

How have been the last gigs?

All the shows we have been doing have been turning out great. The Latin American places have treated us like kings. We can't wait to go back and play for them again! But we are far from being done!
