A CLAIRVOYANT VIEW OF THE HUMAN ENERGY SYSTEM

THE AURA AND THE CHAKRAS

By Joyce Dean
If one could see the energy system highly magnified it would be seen to have an elaborate electrical string art constitution. Clairvoyantly, it looks exactly like the body, though somewhat transparent. This is the etheric, or energy body; life cannot be sustained without it. It does not leave the body until death, when it slowly dissipates.

The astral body also looks exactly like the physical body and is somewhat transparent, but the astral body can leave the physical body, often while asleep or meditating, though it maintains a connection with the body by way of the 'silver cord' anchored in the third chakra. It is via this energy connection, the silver cord, that the astral body can find it's way back to the physical body terminating an out of body experience. Often we snap back so quickly that we awake with a jolt. The astral body is built of emotional energy.

In the etheric body, along the energy channels, are the nates points used by acupuncturists or acupressurists to facilitate energy flow. If one has an operation, and an organ is removed, or one has an amputation, then even though the physical counterpart is now missing the etheric body is still there. The etheric body is where phantom feelings originate. One can literally feel pain or itching in an amputated limb. That's because the energy system is still quite whole, only the physical counterpart has been removed. If seen ethericly, all structures and organs within the physical body can be observed.

Throughout this energy system there are chakras. Chakras are simply energy vortices in various places throughout the etheric body. The aura, chakras, and that seen within are of a finer energy than that of the courser etheric system, and are more difficult to detect scientifically. With Kirlian photography one can see the brightness dim as the energy dissipates after death. Clairvoyantly, chakras usually appear as swirling energy vortices, however, if viewed by a master from the higher etheric planes, or by one in a state of meditative bliss, the chakras appear as lotus flowers unfolding petals of evolution. The first, or base chakra, has only two petals of evolution. I have read that the crown chakra, on the top of the head, has one hundred and forty four thousand petals, and that the fully open sixth chakra, or third eye, is the mark of God on the forehead.

There are many minor chakras throughout the system; some on the bottom of the feet, the fingers and palms of the hands, several at each joint, on the head, and at the back of the neck. There are seven major chakras in the physical body. Our energy is always moving, never dead or static.

The first chakra is at the tailbone for men and between the ovaries for women. A gestating embryo sits in the first chakra. When clear it's natural color is red, and has to do with our physical health and vitality. Primal urges and primal lust would be here; however sexuality itself is seen in the second chakra. Survival programming is observed in the first or base chakra. Children and parents are connected to each other with an energy cord from this chakra until the children reach an age of about seven. This is a channel to carry warnings of pending danger, or that the child needs attention. As independence grows, this cord slowly disintegrates. Energy cords as a way of connection, communication, or even control, will be shown at the end of this chapter.

The kundalini rests here in the first chakra. The kundalini is described as a line of energy, coiled up like a snake. This could be seen as the sum-total of one's energy. At the center of each atom in one's body there is a nucleus of light, or spiritual energy. The power of the kundalini can be equated to the sum-total of all the light at the core of every atom in the body. It is the energy of your personal power. When directed horizontally into the world this energy can be experienced as survival protection, primal communication, animal lust, and physical endurance. Simply, it goes out horizontally to take care of the business of being human. Beyond that, as part of our greater instinctual survival or reward system it lends it's strength to addiction. However, when it rises vertically, prompted by periods of spiritual growth, the spiral begins to unfold and climbs up the pathway of the spine until it reaches the crown chakra. There it unites with cosmic energy, or spiritual light. The energy is no longer limited to the finite power of ones own light, but connects with and embody's the infinite power of spirit. The vertical kundalini light seen symbolically in vision is a fully hooded golden cobra with piercing eyes of faceted gems. This is the symbol of pure wisdom. The spiritually illuminated can channel God's energy to balance and heal. The kundalini fire may descend or ascend as needed by the spiritually evolved. One in a physical body does not usually stay fully suspended in cosmic light, as he needs to take care of the business of living on this planet as well. If the soul pays little attention to physical life, the body will lose cohesion and begin to degenerate. I believe the body would not wear out naturally for hundreds of years, if the soul didn't lose interest in being here, adverting his attention more and more to the spiritual levels of being. Artists and painters may experience a burning or light electrical sensation on the top of the head, when personal and cosmic energies meet. Creators experience great spiritual illumination or inspiration at such times.

Clairvoyantly, when we look into the first chakra we will see if a person feels secure, or what his attitude toward survival is. We see whether he is in trouble, or whether life seems to be meeting his needs without too much stress. There will be certain colors, a specific energy, often along with the home color of red. A clairvoyant will see what is taking place on the energy level, and interpret the color and visions seen there.

The second chakra is halfway between the first chakra and the navel. Sexuality, in general, is found in the second chakra. Sexual attitudes have been programmed into this chakra, as well as all levels of emotional energy. For most of our many life times we are strongly polarized in our emotional body. In our latter incarnations we shift to a mental polarity. The intellect itself cannot make this choice, it is a condition of energy. The emotional energy in most people causes about 75-85% of all illnesses. Emotions are extremely powerful. This emotional energy, running throughout the etheric system, has been fundamental in building the astral body mentioned earlier. The basic home color of the second chakra is orange, and may range from a light, shimmering golden orange to a deep brownish black orange. The emotional state of being, or sexual issues can be addressed here. If there is a dark colored orange, burnt orange, then this will show grief, and the person has probably lost somebody to death. A person in the most difficult stage of separation or divorce may also be generating a burnt orange. A pastel orange, which is the color of ice cream sherbet, is a wonderful color of emotional contentment. Past emotional trauma of all degrees can be acknowledged and released through clairvoyant communication with second chakra energy.

The third chakra is at the navel, radiates to the rib cage, and is very active at the solar plexus. A very important chakra, it is the major energy distribution center. After powerful, but neutral, solar energy is received through small chakras in the back of the neck, it is then ushered along a triangular route to the third chakra. This solar plexus chakra blasts energy to every speck of the being, absorbing our own unique hues along the way. Motivation, the will to survive, or the fall to temptation is demonstrated here, the seat of man's sacred free will. The ego is often expressed through the third chakra. Humanities crowning glory, the intellect, is a third chakra attribute. One's true identity is with the soul. It's hard to believe, but all the great reasoning, calculating, and opinionating is just one of our tools at work. The intellect should not be confused with the mind, nor with one's identity. From our experiences, understanding, and knowledge the mind sees much more than we glean from the more limited reasoning faculty of the intellect, though it's an incredible tool when set free to reason with and within the intuition, perceptions, stored experiences, and knowledge.

The silver cord is anchored in the third chakra. It is an energy cord which keeps the astral body connected to the physical body when one astral travels. 'Astral travel' is what we say when describing the different out-of-body experiences. People have been conscious of astral traveling when in the twilight between awake and asleep with a thought of a distant place instantly delivering them there. The much talked about near-death experience is an out of body condition brought about by severe trauma, or the imminent death of the body. It is natural and safe for everyone to astral travel during sleep, and we all do. The experience may be remembered as a dream, or if nothing is remembered it may be experienced as a de'ja vu. If one returns to the physical body in haste, the silver cord may bring one back to his body with a snap, or jolt. The cord breaks at death, allowing the soul and all it has gained, to transcend death, leaving the body to disintegrate into the earth. Cremation is beneficial to the earth as this process kills disease producing organisms and releases land to the living. To be safe, perhaps one should wait three days, just to make sure the transition is complete, before turning the body to ashes.

Energy stress in the third chakra, usually caused by the inability to control something in ones own life, stimulates more acid in the stomach. The first, second, and third chakras support the physical body, the intellect, and our vast instinctual being, this is referred to our lower etheric being. Everything you need to live on this physical planet, to procreate, to learn, to work, to enjoy, is of the first three chakras. Joy may be found in the third chakra, if that's what's being experienced. Joy is a bright lifting yellow, a very pretty lemon yellow. A clear and balanced intellect is also often seen as a bright lemony yellow, a breath sharper than joy. The will seems more of a buttercup yellow when free of stress. Love, aspiration, creativity, and spiritually are of the upper four chakras. These, collectively, are called the higher etheric being, or body.

The fourth chakra, the heart chakra, begins the higher dimension. Our spiritual and mental attributes of a higher nature are from the heart chakra on up, the fourth dimension, the higher etheric body. This energy vortex is in the middle of the chest between the breast. It's home color is the scintillating green one can see being refracted off a crystal. This is a wonderful healing color; it can safely be used on any illness or injury. This is the color of peace and harmony, it brings energies into balance. By thinking through ones heart, instead of through the forehead, one will be more caring, more loving, and more compassionate. I think most of us know what the thoughts stimulating the second chakra do. They have to do with sexual attraction and emotional response. There is delicious fun and enjoyment on the emotional level, as well as stress and fear. The heart, however, is the chakra of love. Not just love between men and women, but love of any and everything. Unconditional love is an etheric pink, a spiritual energy. It is often seen in the aura, or the higher chakras. In meditation focus into pink quartz, that is the pink of self-love, as mirrored in the love of everything. A love grounded in the physical, as in a relationship, is a deep clear magenta vibration. The green we have in the heart is the color of affinity. An affinity for trees, flowers, animals, home, and projects, is a brightly lit green. If one has energy cords connected in his heart, and they are of a clear bright color, These cords are supportive, loving, and healthy.

There can be another chakra, it is a small brilliant white dot of light just about an inch above the heart chakra. It is the Christ chakra. When activated, the person has attained Christ consciousness. If the bearer is not demonstrating it yet in this life, he will. One did not evolve to this consciousness in one life, he has had lifetimes and lifetimes of experience. We've all had many lifetimes of experience to bring us to who we are now. In these times many old souls are being born to help bring in the age of brotherly love.

The fifth chakra is in the hollow of the neck between the collar bones. The natural color of the fifth chakra is blue, most all colors of blue, showing different types and depths of communication. A medium sky blue often prevails as the basic home color. This is an extremely creative chakra. Total communication on all levels, speech, telepathy, music, and art finds expression through this avenue. How a person communicates is revealed here. We may find some symbology that refers to restriction, or blockage, at the very least he's having trouble speaking his mind. The many levels of communications are quite interesting. One will find mental telepathy between two or more people, or in large groups of like thinkers. Speech is underestimated and misused by many. It is through thought that we manifest the condition of our lives. The spoken word adds extra power which brings the thought to fruition. Karma and manifestation, though not separate, are the two great navigators for the soul's expression. All forms of creativity light up this chakra with music, sculpture, painting, poetry, and literature. The greatest forms of communication are at their highest as inspiration takes command.

The sixth chakra is between the eyebrows, at the forehead, this is the third eye. "The light of the body is the eye: If therefore thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be filled with light." -Matthew, 6-22. Indigo is the natural color of the third eye, the color of higher intuition. Blue indigo, an extremely deep blue light, has no purple in it as pigments often do. This is your center of spiritual clairvoyance and should not be confused with fortune telling.

Fortune telling is usually generated from the second and third chakras. What is perceived may seem similar to spiritual clairvoyance, but a lower psychic sees through illusion. It is a mirrored reflection, distorted like a mirage. Accuracy is from 10 to 50% depending on the amount of disturbance. They usually perceive of the lower nature, and often mistake ones thought forms for states of being. Thought forms are pictures in the aura created and energized by ones own thoughts. So, if a psychic tells you what you have been thinking you may feel validated, but will have no new insights on your spiritual growth, or on who you really are. You have obviously thought of these things yourself or she, or he could not have mirrored them back to you. Spiritual clairvoyance, seen through the sixth chakra, or third eye, sees information given from spiritual beings, angels, or guides. Etheric and astral bodies, as well as the aura and chakras, along with visual perceptions of events or symbolic representations of conditions, are characteristics of clairvoyant vision. A spiritual clairvoyant's perceptions are 100% correct, but they lose accuracy on interpretation, usually because of an inability to assume a completely neutral focus, or the intuition may not be given it's due respect. One can rely on about 30 to 98% accuracy depending upon the clairvoyant's education and experience. If he or she can't tell the difference between the thought forms of your desires and the symbols denoting your condition, you will be given nothing of value. Always choose an educated clairvoyant so that the universal symbology they are given is based in knowledge guided by the intuition. Universal, spiritual symbology is the language of the soul. People who perceive pictures clairvoyantly and react to them emotionally, out of ignorance, need to ask to be given a teacher. With a lack of neutrality, the clairvoyant's own judgments, desires and fears actually alter the picture BEFORE it is received. One cannot be too careful, besides the ignorant there are plenty of out and out charlatans ready to take your money. Always take what anyone says with plenty of salt, as the human being is too easily programmed - whether the information is true or not.

By the third chakra we all take in the information of our world. If we need to, we respond throughout our many systems. The aura is very sensitive, it quickly perceives what's going on in our world, our sixth chakra evaluates it, and only brings to our attention what needs to be addressed. However, often we bring in too much information, information that is totally unimportant creating chaos in the sixth chakra. We need to cleanse it, and put up a good filter so only what is necessary is accepted, blocking extraneous static. While meditating, use your imagination to visualize a pure gold filigree filter over your sixth chakra, between the eyebrows. This will help you maintain a clear and accurate focus. Every normal, average human being is blessed with accurate senses reaching far beyond the equally incredible five senses of the physical body. Realizing this depends completely on your own interest. If you're interested, be an observer. Store these observations on the back burner, until you prove or disprove validity to yourself. The fantastic subconscious molding, mixing, multiplying, and editing gathers your rewards while you glory in a sunset or play your favorite game. Trust, ask and you will receive.

The crown chakra's natural home color is violet, which is a higher octave of purple and is located at the top of the head. The vibrations between deep purple and pastel purple, or violet, are not at all similar. Most deep colors are experienced in physical expression. Purple can be a royal or stately color, it may mark a powerful ego. The lighter tint of violet is the highest vibration in the visible spectrum. It is in this vibration where our guides and Angels can be contacted. When you meditate, visualize a light violet flooding your inner being. Bring a violet shaft of light down from the heavens, through the relaxed seventh, or crown chakra, down the spine to the first chakra, let it expand throughout your aura. Stay suspended in this violet orb for about ten minutes, with your attention focused in the violet light. In this state your guides may plant thoughts in your aura which will make their way to your consciousness, or you may be given information directly in visions. White, the color of spirit, as well as many pastel colors are often seen in and around the crown. Many different spiritual elements that one may be entertaining stream in and out of this chakra. As in any chakra, past lives are revealed. Here, past lives that were instrumental in forming our spiritual foundation are seen. A vision of pearls is interpreted as, "Man's triumph over self-made tribulation". This is from a wonderful book on symbology, titled, 'Watch your Dreams', by Ann Colton. Further interpretation depends upon the size and color of the pearl. An etheric pink, which is a light delicate pink, is the color of unconditional love. This person has, through lifetimes of cause and effect, developed a pure unconditional love. Streams or threads of different colors weaving in and out of this chakra show that one is entertaining and contemplating diverse religious or spiritual ideas. Occasionally, we may see someone that has a tremendously heavy clamp on his seventh chakra; that person is going through a difficult period. He doesn't know what to believe, and can't bring any more thoughts in. He feels overloaded, and life isn't working. This may bring in cloudy or grey areas of depression that need to be relieved. Visualize a splash of electric white light, splattered with bright metallic gold to relieve depression in the spiritual area.

Be assured, every visualization, though a matter of imagination on this physical plane, is created, in truth, on the astral and etheric planes. The visualization is sustained, in actual substance, as long as attention is held on it. When the attention is diverted elsewhere the visualized picture disintegrates. Once a picture or visualization is created it may be sustained by regularly seeing it with your minds eye, thus energizing it. If you can't get something out of your mind your thought form may become so powerful that it literally imprisons you into addiction. To disintegrate a thought form, starve it of energy by inattention.

The eighth chakra, outside of the body, though still in the aura, is about a foot beneath our feet. This grounding chakra is essential to ones stability. If for some reason, usually emotional chaos, this chakra flings out from underneath ones feet, he totally loses it, emotionally, mentally, and physically. This may be exhibited as an out of control tantrum, crying fit, or spontaneous anger. A reliable grounding is the tap-root of self control.

About a foot above the head is the ninth chakra. In this chakra is a vast repertoire of all the past lifetimes the soul has ever lived. It is possible to experience any past life from this vantage point, but it is safer just to view it. If one goes there, experientially, he may bring back idiosyncracies or personality traits which do not belong in this life. All past life experiences and lessons have become part of our eternal being, the spirit, by way of the soul. These experiences have honed qualities and virtues into the being. Stay clear of the ninth chakra when doing regressions because people may confuse past life energies with present energies. They will come back into this conscious world, tangled in a self identity gleaned from the past. Past lives can surface in any chakra, so it's not necessary to stimulate this chakra. All that has ever been done or thought by each individual ever born is recorded and preserved in the akasic records. The akasic records can be accessed if needed. These records are held in vibration, seen clairvoyantly in the Hall of Records on the plane of crystals. One should access these records only with permission, and only if the information needed can't be found elsewhere, because this is a protected place where spiritual business is conducted. One should respect the divine privacy of this magnificent hall, or access may be denied.

The aura is our electromagnetic field; it is an emanation from our etheric body. Beautiful waves flowing from the body, much like heat radiating from a stove, is ethericly seen as colors leaving the body in undulating waves. As the bright, nourishing incoming energy runs through our being, it becomes colored by the hues in our chakras, but the energy finds no exit chakra. This would create a closed system, except that energy is released by radiation. This radiation is the aura. Clairvoyantly the aura is often seen in layers. The first white layer, about an inch or so out from the body, is the glow from our energy system. Technically this is not the aura. This glow can be photographed using kirlian photography. The radiation, which is the aura, is of such a light and fine quality that it is much more difficult to photograph than the energy system. Photographs I have seen of the aura are sadly lacking in detail and very limited in color. The accompanying clairvoyant visions are completely lost.

The first layer actually in the aura is red, and is the radiation of the colors in the first chakra where the kundalini is found. Next is the orange layer which is the expression of sexuality and emotions. The yellow band reflects the intellectual energies and those of the will. You may study the chakra system to find the types of energies found in each band. In the chakras we may pull on more exact and extensive information. In the aura we may see future events making their way to the present. We also see ones thought forms, and others influences in the aura. Past lives are portrayed in the chakras, as well as the aura.

The green band of the aura, waves from the heart, is the beginning of the fourth dimension. Where the fourth dimension begins, the third and fourth layers meet. There is a web-like connecting structure which disintegrates as death approaches, then the silver cord is broken at the moment of death. All knowledge and experiences from the fourth level up, leave the body and remain a new addition to the soul. The essence of the lessons learned from the third chakra down are also added to the eternal soul. We will receive a new personality, ego, intellect, and emotions with a new body at the time of re-birth.

Then we have a blue band which becomes violet. There may be another extensive light blue band extending further out beyond that.

We can reject controlling or negative thoughts, but if received through poor self esteem, we may believe them. Our guides and our angels plant motivation, or concepts in our aura. They will eventually come into the conscious mind, and then we have a little enlightenment, a new slant on things. The aura is an extremely sensitive organ of perception. We often accept and hold positive or negative thoughts from others in our aura. We could easily reject controlling or negative thoughts, but if received through poor self esteem, they may be accepted and believed. Ask help of your angels and guides to deflect thoughts which are not positive. Always add, "In Gods will be done", because we cannot see the large picture where spiritual energies weave the surprise awaiting us. Continue to learn who you really are so you will be less likely to accept false perceptions of yourself as true.

All of our systems are completely interrelated. We may view them separately, but the organism functions only as a whole. First, the electrical system including the aura, is affected, it then triggers chemical responses, which will, if held in an unbalanced state, cause illness in the body. This is an esoteric or spiritual way of treating illness. Disease, long before it infects the physical body, is seen in the etheric system as dark or cloudy areas with disturbing colors and/or pictures. The exoteric, or scientific, way of treating illness is to medically treat the physical symptoms, missing the underlying cause. With few exceptions, the underlying cause is in the energy system. If an illness has made it's way to the physical body, then treatment needs to be given in the physical, and etheric bodies, as well as to the underlying spiritual cause.

One illustration of the esoteric chain of events is this: You, quite comfortable, round the corner of a building, coming face to face with a vicious, attacking dog. First your entire energy system is in a state of pure fear, instantly pumping adrenalin throughout your body, your body then erupts spontaneously into fight or flight, probably the latter. Your conscious mind has very little to do with your choice, it may be vaguely aware of your subconscious reaction to full blown fear, but this chain of events takes place on the primal level of our subconscious being. Dis-ease is first seen in the energy system, effecting the chemical secretions which prompt the physical systems to react. Chronic fear, resentment, or distress is the destroyer. If unbalanced, dark, or negative energy is held in our electrical, or etheric system, for a prolonged period of time it will, systematically, deteriorate health, undermining immune responses. Most of us suffer from unresolved emotional issues. If left unaddressed this can create heart disease and cancer, especially if our emotional disabilities have rendered us unable to love. Health is supported by relieving this emotional, disease producing energy, if only temporarily by loving, meditation, oneness, joy, giving, thankfulness, and divine intervention. Actively peruse these states of being any way you can. One spontaneous leap to joy can cure hours of energy tainted by depression.
