I received my B.A. in Speech from Long Beach State, my M.S. in Human Factors & Ergonomics from San Jose State, and my Ph.D. in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Virginia Tech. My interests include novice (teen) drivers, parent involvement in the driver education process, networking and schmoozing, human factors and safety, webpage design, and HTML.
