DO NOW:  Write an entry:  Lance agrees to leave the firm, but he does want his share of the assets.  What exactly does he ask for?  Review pages 185-186

DEVELOPMENT:

§      Why is Percival against Lance joining the firm?

3.  Read aloud.

4.  Review/summarize.

DO NOW:  Pop Quiz!

DEVELOPMENT:

1.  Go over Pop Quiz.

2.  Questions to ask about Chapters 24, 25 & 26: (5 min)

§      How was Rex poisoned? 

§      Is Mary Dove Ruby MacKenzie? 

§      How many killers are there in this mystery?

3.  Read Chapters 27 & 28 out loud in class (20 min)

4.  Summary: Go over the HW (4 min)

H. W.: Finish the novel!  2.  Blog it!  How does Miss Marple know for sure she was right?  Then, also, go back over the novel and find clues you may have missed to find the correct answer!  3.  We will have an in class test on Monday on A Pocket Full of Rye.  4.  Book fair tomorrow!  Bring money!  Maybe get another Agatha Christie to start to read for independent reading?
