Tojan watched as three dragons stood, facing three men. He felt a painful nip on his leg and yelped.

He whirled to see Segarra moving to the next one, "You know what one is yours so quit standing here!" she growled.

Tojan faced the white dragonet immediately, "Hello Merlinth." he said quietly.

Higaffen did not have much trouble finding his dragon. The night blue shattered shells all over him, I didn' do notin'! he said innocently.

"Sure ye didn', Bimarith." the pirate replied.

Sietin found himself with a turquoise dragonet nuzzling him. He grinned at the little male, "Araceliath, you look just like the sea!" he said proudly.

Across the sands, Jrajan found himself facing a sea blue dragon. The little dragonet looked at his rider proudly, I'm Piratath! he said with a tail's wag.

Togani stroked her water female's head gently, "You like that Amphitriteth?" she asked, kindly.

The little dragoness crooned and leaned into her rider's strokes.

Setin blinked as a voice came into his mind, Can I see the Scabbard? his dragonet asked plaintively, I promise I won't break it... Pleaaaaase?

The boy looked at his dragon and shook his head, "I dunno, Earwynth..." he said slowly.

Kindin stared at his dragonet, then looked at the FGPC staff. There must be some mistake... A red sun dragon?

Why am I wierd? the hatchling asked, Is not the red sun the sign of...

"Should a red sun rise at dawn, it is a sign that blood has been shed that night," the red sunrider said sternly, "It's a bad omen."

I am not a bad omen! the little dragon protested.

"Of course not, my friend." the ex-pirate said with a small smile because Baharith was just as stubborn as he.

Hayden blinked as a silver streak darted towards him, Loki and Kinali. The little dragonet pounced on Loki, knocking her over. He rolled his eyes at the silver, "Why're ye attackin' her, Baoth?" he asked simply.

No reason. Well, Takarath convinced me to. Are all golds like that? the hatchling replied, getting off of the pirate.

Hayden shrugged.

Loki stared at the silver dragonet pinning her down until he got off. Then, a gold came up and nuzzled her. She smiled, "Silly, Takarath, showing off your power." she teased.

The gold preened proudly.

Kinali looked at her teal in surprise at the melancholy tone to her voice, "Oh, Arviath, you're wonderful! What makes you think you're ugly?" she exclaimed.

I'm not blue like the sea... the dragoness whispered sadly.

"So. I like teal. It's more like the ocean than any blue I've ever seen!" her rider replied firmly with a grin.

A blue colored dragoness tried to shake the sand from her hide. Only, it stuck to her because she was wet. Fechi walked forward and helped her dragon by rubbing her with her robe, "That better, Pashath?" she asked.

Jrasse found a small voice enter her mind, Flying's so much better than floating on any ship. the dragoness announced.

"Oh, really, Kailanith?" the pirate asked, playfully.

Really! the hatchling said, bobbing her head.

A silver bolted from her egg to catch Fenili in the leg. The girl squealed, "Nerineth! Have you no manners?" she demanded.

The silver grinned at her rider, None at all! she replied proudly.

Fedrin knelt as his dragon came from his egg. He helped the little water - or, at least, he thought his dragon was a water - to all four feet. Then, the little beast spread his white wingsails proudly, "Not used to all four legs, eh, Nauarchuth?" his rider asked.

The water-white shook his head and nibbled on his rider's sleeve playfully.
