Man! It's been two years since I've done anything on this site, and I decided to either delete the deal or maybe do something with it.
Although I still love Lost, Harry Potter, X Files, Six Feet Under, Highlander, etc., I probably will not do anything more with them, though that darn Liz is belly aching that there's still story to tell. I'll keep the links active in case anyone happens to want to peruse them. Also, I had a lot of fun and made some good friends working on those pages and I just can't let them go into the ether of the internet delete heap, even though I haven't corresponded with them for a while. It's fun to remember the good old times.
However, one person I have had contact with for the long haul is John. He's the other part of Perfenestrum, the episode guides for X Files and Six Feet Under, and the Harry Potter Lyceum. We're both rabid movie fans, so we're opening the
That may not even be the name of what we're going to do, because we're still not really sure what we're going to be doing or when we'll be doing it. :-) But we're going to do it!
We're going to review, dissect, and appreciate the great films out there, both past and present. (And some maybe not so great but a good time anyway)
We're going to have a NETFLIX RECOMMENDATIONS LIST of top ten films in a different genre or catagory
We're going to creak open the squeaky, creepy, cob webby doors of the Lyceum and talk to the Great Librarian (in his own mind) Of All Things Celluloid (Or Even Videotape) about what makes a film great, or not, and why a particular one fits the bill, or doesn't.
It should be loopy, fun, and hopefully will spark people to rent a flick they might not have otherwise.
