• - Initial experiments indicated operative ideal for short-term objectives.
• - Despite the short-term failure of this particular agent, we believe long-term success can still be gained by investing in more sophisticated enhancement for an operative. More attention should be paid to enhancement, and less to personality modification.
• Enhancing operatives persuasive and sociability must be hand-in-hand with iron-clad loyalty to Ares.
• Support Personnel must be closer screened. Potential friendships and romantic bonds must be avoided at all costs.
• If security is compromised on a field exercise - and the agent becomes aware of "deniability protocols" the agent must be neutralized or eliminated. Mere memory modification is not sufficient.
