Here I lay
 Immersed in your world
 of shadow and light
 and corners of darkness
 that I must peer deep into
 and find the secrets contained within.

 I hold them precious
 stored in a velvet box
 where they will be
 forever safe and untouched.

 And my tears will join them
 brilliant crystals
 of emotion and truth.

 These four walls
      these things
          your heart and soul
               in mine
                   forevermore.
