4. You don't have to have a website to join, but if you do, you must link back to http://www.geocities.com/ellicliques/billy.html with a text or graphic link, to be found in the codes section.

5. No porn/racist/serious hate sites. Swearing's OK, though.

6. To check you read the rules, where it says "Rad eyeshadow" type "It's Maybelline!".
