anybody can get the police involved.
even at this point in time all it takes is a call to
the pigs saying that paul has committed crimes
and they are involved.
first their are 2 issues involved here.
but the pigs can be called anytime by anyone. be it
an ash member, former ash member, or just concerned
citizen not wanting paul to get away with stealing
money from ash.
last the ash bylaws say that the treasures serves
at the presidents request. the by laws also says
the newsletter editor serves at the presidents
request. i fired paul from his duties of treasurer and
newsletter editor in an e-mail. and since
he continued spending money i suspect that would
be criminal too. (the letter is on the web page)
and if anybody wants to get the cops involved ill
be glad to help by providing all the inportant
information and details. i would love to see paul
putz's ass strung up for stealing ash money which
from the checks it looks like he did.
but paul putz and linda chapman effectively hijacked
ash because they had control of the bank account and
membership list.
but this is not a criminal case. its just a civil
case. if you call the cops and mike says i own ash
while paul and linda say they own ash. the cops are
going to leave and say fight it out in the courts.
at the time the money in the ash bank account would
have gotten me 3 hours of legal advice so i didnt
hire a lawyer with the loot. and since i was in
tucson i didnt sue them on my own.
i may ask craig bolten to volenteer to be ash's
lawyer for free, but craigs law firm is breaking
up and things are fucked up for him (craig is the
lawyer who spoke at 2 ash meeting, i think grey
saw his thomas paine talk)
the reason they "wriggle out of the way with impunity."
last year was because i didnt press the issue. i suspect
if i went to the courts i would have won - simply because
they did not follow the rules defined in the ash
bylaws.
