Subject: When hard on's are illegal only criminals will have hard on's
I read in this Thursdays Feb 17, 2000 Arizona Republic that Arizona House bill HB-2300 will make it a Class 1 misdemeanor for a man to get a hard on in a topless bar or all nude cabaret. For that matter the bill makes any man who gets a stiff penis in any place where liquor is served a criminal.
I don't think bill uses the word "HARD ON" but instead has the legal mumbo jumbo which says male genitals "in a discernibly turgid state even if completely and opaquely covered".
Personally I don't think the bill goes far enough. If we want to turn Arizona into a true Christion theorocy police state it should be a felony to get a hard on anywhere in the state execpt in a bedroom (with doors locked to protect the children) only if your legally married wife is present. No jerking off either. In Catholic school they taught us masterbation was a Mortal Sin, and it should be a felony in Arizona.
Give me a break! Why are you idiots in the Arizona House wasting our tax dollars talking about a stupid issues such as this. If these are the most pressing issues you can to find to debate you should shut the Legislature down and go home.
