Hello to all, I came across the following in my mail and felt that I should share it with others.

The ad below is from the popular and well put together Russian Gun Magazine called "Roozhyo" (which means hunting gun, or shotgun). My wonderful Mother-in-Law (yes, she's RARE!), Tamara Petrushina from Novgorod Veliki sends me a few different magazines every so often. In this particular issue I saw this ad and my jaw dropped!! The text on the left reads; "Legendary American Rifle", and the red print in the center says; "AR15 in Russia!" The stores that are carrying these guns is a chain called "Arsenal" and there are three address' shown, the top is in Moscow, the bottom left is St. Petersburg, and the bottom right is Vladivostok.
The main things to note, if you can make them out, is the bayonet lug, 20 rd. magazine, and three prong flash suppressor. Shame-shame, I thought those were EVIL things?!
So.......Are YOU now thinking what I'M thinking??
Russia is on the road to TOTAL freedom, and we're on the road to Lenin's and Stalin's "dreamland". I mean, am I overeacting here?? I don't think so...............this gun pictured above is now illegal in Kalifornia, right?? Heavily restricted everywhere else. And in Russia, if you got the bucks, and no criminal history, it's YOURS legally!! I've been there a couple of times and they've had SKS' in the stores, Siagas and Vepr's, but now 'our' semi-auto "pre-ban" configured guns?? Has Colt found a new source for income?
Please people, 65,000,000 gun owners and only 3,000,000 members of the NRA?? We have GOT to do something here or it's going to be more fun to live in Russia!!!
