Dear Convention Goer:
The Arizona Libertarian Party 1999 Special Convention and 2000 Regular Convention will be held next Saturday at the Prescott Resort on Highway 69 in Prescott, beginning at 9:00 am. Anyone WHO IS ALREADY REGISTERED (or maybe, those who can convince me that they will be coming) may request an advanced e-mail copy of the proposed Constitution & Bylaws changes, as well ad the proposed Resolutions in MS Word format.
