Make that "Ernie Hancock and Judge Myers."

This is prima facie fraudulent misrepresentation to the recipients of this message. In fact, one of the screwiest arguments Peter has made all along is that, since the officers of the ALP have violated state election laws, then two things automatically happen (though the mechanism and/or authority is mysterious): (1) the ALP, as organized under our constitution and bylaws, and as represented by said offenders, simply evaporates as an organization; and (2) Peter's group, whose connection to the existing party organization consists only in their being registered libertarian voters, magically becomes the replacement organization for the old ALP. Of course, nothing short of a court decision could establish this result LEGALLY, but he pretends otherwise.

Now, he has in his grubby little hands a court decision saying that, despite its violations of state election laws, the old ALP still exists as the recognized LP in Arizona -- and he's STILL insisting that his group is the real McCoy! Indeed, his claim now rests on the notion that even though ALP officers have had no opportunity since the decision to violate any of those laws, they will eventually, so his group is the party NOW! What a crock.

He needs to be slapped with a lawsuit for damaging the reputation of the ALP by holding himself up fraudulently as its leader. He needs to be disbarred for

blatant contempt of court. He needs to be sued by party officers, who he has just falsely implied are in violation of a court order and the election laws at this moment. He needs a lot of other stuff I won't go into....

Buffy, where are you??
