Depending on what detail you need, any decent Almanac will have some. For example, from the 1999 World Almanac, page 879, citing the National Safety Council:
1997 Autos 43,200 Falls 14,900 Poison (solids, liquids) 8,600 Drowning 4,000 Fires, Burns 3,700 Choking (objects) 3,300 Firearms 1,500 Poison (gases) 700
Or, go to http://www.nsc.org if you want to order their publication.
Or, go to http://www.cdc.gov/ncipc/osp/usmort.htm for the detailed CDC data (I haven't found a simple comparison table, yet, but there is historical data on many categories by age, race, etc.)
(Sorry, first posting got garbled.)
