Actually, I disagree. Yes, suing ALP, Inc., would be counterproductive. As always, Peter can fight with other people's money. Keep in mind, though, that Peter has never been PERSONALLY sued (as far as I know) by anyone in the ALP since the whole mess began (despite the fact that his first tactic was to name individual officers as defendants in his filings). Peter has never had to pay a personal cost for the wrong he does. That's why I think it's time for a change. Personal responsibility is enforced when there are personal consequences for misbehavior, and that has been the crucial missing element.

The ownership of the name didn't seem to matter to Peter when LPUS sent him a "cease and desist" order YEARS ago. He just kept on keeping on....
