So the only mailing list for the Pima people can only be posted to by the "leadership"? There's a libertarian organization that needs samizdat?
I can't think of a clearer statement of the differences between the two groups.
You might consider printing up a batch of business cards containing subscription information and hand them out at meetings. Unlike the Communists Peter can't have a firing squad.
Just a suggestion.
