but if you go to trial with a (stacked) jury sworn to rubber stamp what ever the pigs charged you with your screwed!
or in the case of crimes punishable by 6 months or less in jail you dont get a trial by jury. despite the fact that the 6th amendment says
In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a trial by jury
a government paid and government owned judge will convict you despite the evidence. the pigs told the judge you did it. so the governmemt judge will convict you.
