If you are an IBM employee you have the authority and the capability of ordering technical notebooks for yourself. The internal price is $ 8.66 per each and it is charged to your division.
If a secretary orders them for IBMers, their division is charged at an external price of $10.82.
Supplementals can also order using their serial number; however, a vendor should keep in mind that if he/she needs a technical notebook, someone in their own department/division could order for them and the correct division would be charged.
