Phil,

with any luck, Klinton and his gang of criminals will be hoist on their own petard. Setting fire to a church and shooting the civilians inside trying to escape and/or gassing / burning them (at least the Nazi's waited for the Jews to be dead via doses of Zyklon B before sending their bodies to the crematoria) is not only a massacre, but it is awar crime, an atrocity and a crime against humanity -- just as it was when the Nazis, Soviets or Chinese did it.

Similarly, our bombing of Kosovo/Bosnia was anything by indiscriminate -- taking out at least 2,000 civilians in the process. And we recall horrific films of Messerschmidts strafing Polish and Dutch refugees on the road. http://www.suc.org/kosovo_crisis/destruction/Savine_Vode/ http://www.nando.net/Kosovo/story/general/0,2773,54614-87446-619631-0-beaufort,00.html Yes, well, shamefully, we're being obedient to our Fuehrer too.

Now the petard I refer to is the International Criminal Court that Clinton and Albright loved so much http://www.worldmag.com/world/issue/01-25-97/national_4.asp http://www.igc.org/hrw/press98/may/icc-let.htm.

Just as the Independent Counsel law was fine as long as only Nixon, Cap Weinberger and Ollie North were in the crosshairs, people suddenly recognized it as unconstitutional as numerous Clinton lieutenants were convicted, pleaded guilty and Clinton himself was impeache.

*Supposedly* charges have been filed against Clinton for war crimes in Khartoum, Sudan, and also a Canadian group states here that they have filed a criminal complaint against Clinton, et al: "several countries has laid a formal complaint with the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia against all of the individual leaders of the NATO countries and officials of NATO itself. The complaint was initiated by professors from Osgoode Hall Law School of York University in Toronto" http://infoshop.org/news4/warcrimes.html

UN recognizes "National" right to self-defense (but not individual?), setting Clinton up for criminal charges for attack on Sudan http://www.conservativenet.com/HotTopics.main/HotMike/document-8.28.1998.4.html

We'll just have to see. The only rule of law I am seeing here is one of brute force. Nothing more, nothing less.
