Remember Scott Traut Esq.'s (RI) lawsuit to end gun buybacks by making city officers liable to gunbuying laws?
Seems he's had some success!
Here is what Scott wrote me. Way to go Scott -- it's what _good_ lawyers can do for the Mighty Second!
