I clicked on the link and don't see anything in the way of a questionnaire, so I can't quite figure out what this is about. However, I should mention that there is a federal statute [which I'm sure one of our list members will find for us] that makes it a felony to lie to a federal agent. As I recall, "agent" is broadly [or is it "vaguely"] defined. So I'm certain that the poster merely intended to encourage participation in the activities of the Census Bureau in suggesting that we "help skew the census results".
