Photos from Neil's First Day at Kindergarten

Neil and Kevin walking to the bus bright and early. Neil's got his ID tag around his neck, and his new Arthur Aardvark Bakpack strapped on securely. Kevin is dressed as close to Big Brother as he can, including his own little backpack.

Neil waits for bus #55...

...and has just enough time for a goofy pose.

Kevin also waits for the bus to arrive at 8:12 AM.

Hooray! After an exhausting 2 minute wait, bus #55 arrives!

Kevin is sad after Neil leaves. "My bus?" Kevin retorts the rest of the day to Mommy, along with "I - miss - Neil..."

Neil returns at the end of a long day (3:45 PM) at St. Mary's Kindergarten class. He's already made a few friends on the bus ride home. Notice the small miracle of the still intact ID tag around his neck.

Neil reported that his first day at school was a success - and no "timeouts!" However, he did fall asleep quite early this day.
