2. Jacob N. Foile, enlisted August 6th 1861. Made 1st Lieut., Resigned November 18th, 1862

3. Jonas Cook, Enlisted August 6th, 1681 made 2nd. Lieut. Promoted to 1st Lieut. in 1863, to Captain January 1864. Was slightly wounded at Plyamouth April 20, 1864, wounded in right arm at Ware Bottome May 20, 1864.

4.H. C. McAllister, enlisted from Gaston County April 6th, 1861 from Co. A to 20 Reg., transferred to Co. H., 8th. Reg., Made first Lieut. Januarey 1864. Wounded in leg at Petersubrg, 1864.

5. Moses W. Eagle, 1st. Sergeant, Enlisted August 6th, 1861, died Dec. 29th. 1862 at Goldsboro.

6. George .E. Ritchie, 2nd. Sergeant, Promoted to 3rd Lieut. 1864. Wounded at Cold Harbor. June 1st. 1864.
