Trent & Louise Latter XP Sedan
This is Trent & Louise Latter's XP sedan. I was given my '66 XP sedan by my family. It was owned before me by my late uncle Peter. When I got it and started restoration, it had been sitting under a tree for two years, but was 100% complete. The panel work and everything else that had to be done was either completed or organised by a good friend of mine Geoff Ansell of Nuban Panel & Paint of Currumbin on the Gold Coast. The car was a daily driver until I pulled it off the road.
The mods I am starting consist of a mildly worked 302 Windsor backed up by a C4 tranny. the car will be lowered 2-3 inches front and rear and will recieve some stopping power with either front wheel or four wheel disc brakes. The interior will be slightly modified to accomadate either bucket seats out of a XP coupe or something around the XY generation. The wheels will consist of 14x5.5" steel stockers on the front and 14x7" steel modified on the rear all dressed with original FORD hubcaps (which cost me $1 each at a tranmission shop) and dress rims.
