To Dave's Hobby Shack.
This is my MAIN love of life (other than Susan, of course).

Well, it's been 6 years since the "great aircraft building year" and most all the planes are doing just fine.  The latest "building" project is also a whole new chapter in flying for our family - Dale's learning to fly after nearly 9 years of being around the planes.  He's even already got his own pages here in the Hobby Shack.

The old
Goldberg Sr. Falcon, which I originally built in 1974, flies nearly every weekend - probably the best RC plane I'll ever fly.  Go ahead, take a look-see at what she looked like before the restoration and then click on the picture to see her today.  Quite a change, I can tell you.

Going one even better, there's the
Great Lakes 2T-1A pages, which chronicle an even older plane than the Falcon, the famous 2T-1A sport/trainer biplane of the 1930's.  The model dates from 1961 and is being totally restored to flying status, so she's definitely going to be one of the oldest planes around that are still flying.

Then, take a look at the
Skylark CL aerobatic ship and Spirit 100 RC sailplane along with the Chronicles of the Spirit.  There's a page for the Great Planes kit of the CAP-21 from about 1985, the Great Planes Piper J-3 Cub, and the SIG Akromaster.

They, and all the rest are right here.  Every page has a directory so you can go from one to the other, or to anywhere else in Wanderings for that matter.

Enjoy!
