I bought the car about 5 years ago. It needed a total rebuild but the
car wasn't too bad. I took the car completely apart and had it plastic media blasted. It needed the tail light panel and trunk extensions replaced. I also found an NOS drivers fender for it because the front corner was hit. The car was originally from Virginia so the body wasn't really that bad. I always wanted a real 340 car and this is one. I was only a kid in '72 I couldn't get one. This is why I rebuilt the car completely. I mean new everything. At least all I can find new for it. All of the suspension
is new, The bucket seat covers are new everything else is re dyed. Oh yea the carpet is new. The Engine is 30 over with 69 X heads ported and polished the 4 speed is rebuilt by me. And the car was painted 4 coats of PPG base coat and 8 of concept 2001 clear. I did all the work myself at the high school I used to work at. I had to who can afford body shops these days. I I'm sending you a pic of the cat I toke at Carlisle Penn. while Mopar Muscle was doing a photo shoot of it for next year. So look for it in the summer months to come out. Any more info on it that you need let me know. Oh yea I got a hold of the first owner and he had a pistol grip shifter installed at the dealer. He told me he insisted they put one in. Who says you can't get what you want. Buy the way I did win First in my class at Carlisle last summer. Later Edwin
