If your Baja has no pop-out side windows, do not dispare. If they
were offered as an option in the same year as your body then the
mounting holes are already there. All that needs to be done is to
aquire the window mechanisms and the piece of trim that replaces
the original fixed window seal. The old window can be removed by
pushing on it for the inside of the car with your feet. It will come out
fairly easily, make sure that has something soft to land on when it comes
out. The trim piece slips over the metal edge surrounding the opening.
Everything else just screws in real nice like. I hope you saw how things fit
together when you took the popouts off the junked car you got them from.
I got mine off the '68 project car which has absolutly no use for those rear
side windows now, he he he...
Anyway, the result is better flow through ventalation, which is really nice in summer.
