| Regular Ending | After defeating Lavos, the characters
take the Epoch to their home time periods. Robo is in love with a good
Atropos and Magus continues his search for Schala. In 1000 A.D., Crono,

| Dead Ending | The world is destroyed. You can see the the people of Porre Dome struggling to deal with the problem. | Lose to Lavos |
| Balloon Ending | A time gate takes the characters to 1000
A.D. They say their sad farewell as those not from 1000 A.D. return to
their own times. King Guardia presents Marle with a Nadia's Bell
decorated with the balloons to replace Leene's Bell. When Marle puts
the bell up, she is carried away by the balloons. Crono grabs onto her,
and they enjoy a romantic ride in the night sky. | Beat Lavos, saving Crono, but destroying the Epoch. |
| Glenn Ending | I don't know. I could never kill Magus, even to see a new ending! | On Cape Howl, kill Magus and then beat the game. |
| Save Crono Version 1 | The CT cast takes the Epoch to Death Peak to revive Crono. | Don't revive Crono and save the Epoch. |

| Developer's Ending | Crono & party go to the End of
Time, where they can meet the developers in the form of various
characters, monsters, and items from CT. You get to fight some

| Frog & Leene | Marle returns to 1000 A.D., where she
finds herself... croaking??? When she returns to the castle, her father

| Reptite Ending | Crono wakes up at the beginning of the
game for the Millenial Fair where everyone, including himself, is a
reptite. The Green Ambler is a human. | Beat the game after defeating Magus but before Lavos falls in 65 million B.C. |
| Crono Talks! | Marle and Lucca show a slideshow of the
events in the game, and get a little carried away when talking about
various males in the game. Crono finds them and says, "Hey! What's
going on here? I thought this was supposed to be just a slideshow!" | Defeat Lavos after you see Schala using her pendant but before you recharge yours. |
| Magus Ending | In 12,000 B.C., Magus goes to kill Lavos. In 1000 A.D., the rest of the cast is partying at Crono's house. | Defeat Lavos after being kicked out of Zeal but before Dalton reprograms the Epoch. |
