Call the Stars
Using this power the vampire may fill the room with a soft glow of starlight..or make little pinpoint lights appear all around in the air. Either use of this ability is to provide illumination, and avoid the use of brighter lights. Note that these lights will not harm the eyes of a childe of set, and is often loved for aiding in their searches for those that know the path. Note also the stars created can be used with 'Sing with the Stars' as well.
Sing with the Stars
This unusual power of Thaumaturgy is the ability to manipulate soundwaves in the air and 'make music' with the stars themselves. This music is hypnotic, causing Canite and mortal alike to just stare at the stars that pulse and sound, capturing their attention until the song stops or they are attacked..a good escape tactic of the path itself.
Starfire
The ability of the thaumaturgists to call down the flame is always feared, but this is more so for what it does is
greater than any body burn. The starfire is cold and saps the strength and blood of the Cainite, making them weak as a kitten, as the power of the cosmic path is above all else. In mortals, this part of the path is said to injure the very soul.
Galaxy Whip
This amazing path has the uncanny ability to sicken, slow, and even strip the Cainite of His abilities as the
stars so deem. The exact effect is random, but each one is deadly individually. loss of speed (celerity as well), the inability to act or use abilities of blood, torpor, sicken, weaken, or even frenzy at once. The Galaxy whip appears as a bright blue light in a whip shape that hits the target.
Galaxy Stop
This stops enemies in time, by stopping the stars, which rule all things, nullifying their place in the cosmic circle. This stop can last for one year per generation under 13 of the vampire, to a maximum of 12 years for Caine
Himself..resisting this power can only be done under extreme circumstances, and by a strong blood. Otherwise to do so is futility itself, for none fight the stars.
Comet
This path calls down seven to fourteen shooting stars, that strike one or a number of foes or objects, doing flame,
impact, and starfire damage, and they rain down at intervals, or can all be thrown at one time by the user of the path. This is one of the most feared parts of the discipline's path of celestia, and is rarely used as it takes up blood for a large number of projectile stars.
Meteor
The power summons a thaumaturgic circle under the target chosen, transporting them between space and time,
and in that place, a huge meteor falls from the heavens, crushing (or at least severly damaging) the intended target. The damage is done by impact and flame, and of course starfire, leaving all but the strongest foes utterly anniahlated instantly by the great but draining power of such an attack.
Knowledge of the Cosmic Way
This is the greatest of Celestia's gifts, allowing the Thaumaturgist to peek into the void of the cosmos, to gain the answer to a question, query, or dilemma, or to gain legend and lore on a person, object, or specific event in time. Note that it is a maximum of 100 years per low generation to high..so a gen. 13 vampire could look 100 years into the past or future, whereas a third gen could look 1100
years. This is on events alone, items and people may be read at anytime. Only three questions may be answerd by this ability in a given seven day period.
