Hello, my name is Vonda and I just married my sweetheart Ron Harrison from Banbury England. Someday in the near future I hope to live in England with him, but until then there are lots of things to do and complete. I care for my mother who is 80 and have done so for 4 years since my dear Dad passed away. My husband and I are waiting on God to reveal His plan for us and as we have prayed together about this, we know that He will give us our answers soon and in His timing. For the first time in my life I have found my soulmate, something I didnt think actually existed until I met mine. After living only in half of a love, God has shown me what a complete and true love is. An unselfish love and that there doesnt have to be pain in love, but complete peace and trust. Ron and I are so blessed in our marriage and thankful that the Lord brought us together though oceans apart.
We met in a virtual world, a place that was just a hobby for me to build and chat with friends. Then I met Ron as I was building for people's birthdays. Ron was overseer of this. I didnt really feel everything that Ron said he felt in the beginning but He always knew that we were meant to be together. Then as time passed I fell in love in such a profound way that it's impossible to explain it to anyone. I have 2 more kids now, Ron's son Andrew and his daughter Susan. I have added some pictures of our wedding and honey moon.
I created this website to honor my Savior, Jesus. It took me a year to complete it and I still make occasional changes and updates to it. If only one person is brought to the Lord from viewing it, or perhaps their life is changed by it, then all the work was well worth it.
I fell in love with Jesus at the age of 13, and I gave my life to Him. It was the happiest moment I have ever known. So much peace He gave me. I havent always lived a life that would honor Him. I often times fell short of the name Christian. However His love for me never changed through the years and I never stopped loving Him. I made a few bad decisions in life, but I did manage to make a few good ones too. The Lord blessed me with 3 wonderful children. Brook, my oldest son, Justin my second son and his wife Melissa, and Nicole my youngest child and only daughter, and her husband Jason. I was there last November to see them all. I have 5 beautiful grandchildren. :o)
I love doves and thus I dubbed myself with a dove name. My 2 youngest children and I use to raise and fly homing pigeons. We enjoyed it so and some were white and some were bluebars, etc... Also rollers, the ones that fly up high and then roll in the air doing flips. Pigeons are the same as doves basically, so that's the story of how I got my nick name. I also collect porcelain doves and have them everywhere, but I had to stop. No more room for them...LOL. I love what the white dove stands for... for peace, but also the Holy Spirit. We know that the Holy Spirit is not a bird, but rather the powerful entity of the trinity of our God.
