I OVA "Liminality" is timebase during the time of the Game it self so the effect of what happen in the "The World" can be seen in Liminality. In the first story Mai and Kasumi Collapse in the real world, however, only Mai recovers, leaving Tomonari in a coma. The story will deal with the real world point of view. For the time line base Liminality happen during the game time I would say near the end of each game.
